Tom Griffioen, alongside partners, hosted the Experience Workshop on Digital Twins; an initiative to which Clappform contributed as part of a public-private partnership.
Thanks to: Lianne Sleebos, Jan Bruijn, Rick Josten, Bob van Graft, Linda Bartman, Florian Witsenburg, Frank Del Gatto, and Koos Boersma.
Participants experienced how digital spatial information provides clear insights into tangible challenges: from local air quality in your neighbourhood to scenarios for climate adaptation, liveability, and Housing Development.
A practical example is the Digital Twin of the Municipality of Alkmaar, to which Clappform contributed. What started as a 3D map has evolved into a platform that integrates data from both the social and physical domains. Rather than static reports, it delivers dynamic insights available early in the urban development process.
Curious about what this can achieve for your municipality? Feel free to get in touch or send us a message.
