Clappform participated in the first UWV AI Realisation Challenge, collaborating with the Province of Zuid-Holland, UWV, and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK) on the sAIdkick use case. The challenge demonstrated how rapidly public organisations and market players can transition from AI ambition to a working prototype, offering significant potential for reuse across central government.

Clappform welcomes Bibi Asselberghs as the team's new Data Engineer. With her background in Artificial Intelligence, she will contribute to the ongoing development of the Clappform platform and to scalable, innovative solutions for the public sector.

The municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân is partnering with Clappform, utilising the Housing File and Housing Tracking System to establish a single, centralised workflow for sustainability initiatives. Energy coaches have access to up-to-date information, and the municipality is able to steer progress and results, ensuring enhanced service delivery for residents.

Quality of life issues are complex, and the associated data is often scattered across various systems. Clappform's Integrated Neighbourhood Scan combines public sources such as the CBS, Police, Leefbaarometer, RIVM, and the Climate Effect Atlas with internal data and local knowledge, enabling organisations to assess challenges holistically and monitor projects in a targeted manner.

The Municipality of Cranendonck maintains control over the sustainability transition of its housing stock using Clappform's Housing Tracking System. Data on insulation, energy consumption, and subsidy flows are consolidated within a single environment, featuring map visualisations and analyses that reveal opportunities and bottlenecks at an early stage.

Clappform was present at the Spatial Planning Day and, together with partners, hosted an Experience Workshop on Digital Twins. Using the Digital Twin of the Municipality of Alkmaar, it was demonstrated how data from the social and physical domains converge into dynamic insights for spatial development.

Clappform and Heijmans are collaborating on data-driven area development with the Impactscan. By combining various (public) data sources with insights from residents, a rich picture of well-being, quality of life, and social cohesion in neighborhoods is created, helping municipalities and developers make more informed decisions.

Victoria de Koeijer presented her consultancy research from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on the strategic position of the Dutch standards MiniBIM and MiniGIM. The study highlights how these standards contribute to Digital Twins and data-driven decision-making within sustainable urban development.

Housing development plans change constantly, making it increasingly difficult to steer based on up-to-date information. The Clappform Housing Monitor provides municipalities with real-time insight into status, progress, and programming, enabling timely adjustments to housing targets and local housing needs.
