Housing development plans change constantly, making it increasingly difficult to steer based on up-to-date information. The Clappform Housing Monitor provides municipalities with real-time insight into status, progress, and programming, enabling timely adjustments to housing targets and local housing needs.

During the VNG event on digitisation in municipal implementation practice, strategic digital autonomy took centre stage. Clappform contributes to this with a platform developed and hosted in Europe, ensuring public organisations retain control over their data, processes, and continuity.

The Municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân is now using Clappform's Housing Dossier and Housing Tracking System to support the energy transition. Energy coaches guide residents through the Housing Dossier, while the Housing Tracking System consolidates data regarding insulation, energy consumption, and subsidies into a single, integrated dashboard.

AI and data integration can take over repetitive work, but true craftsmanship remains with the professional. Clappform believes that technology should create space for strategy, creativity, and social impact, while interpretation and the final decision remain with the human.

Clappform's Integrated Neighbourhood Scan aggregates public data from the CBS, Police, Leefbarometer, RIVM, and the Climate Effect Atlas at the district and neighbourhood level. This enables municipalities to substantiate policy decisions with facts, identify trends, and compare areas—not to replace professional expertise, but to support it.
