The challenge
The data on housing development projects is often scattered across various departments, systems, and files. As a result, there is a lack of a current and comprehensive overview of the total housing development task. The challenge was to consolidate this information into a single central monitor that provides up-to-date insights for policy, execution, and collaboration.
Our solution
The Housing development monitor creates a centralised hub where information on housing projects is consolidated.
Users can, among others:
gain insights into all housing development plans, including status, phasing, and progress of realization
utilize an AI assistant for quick analyses, summaries, and searches
consult cadastral maps and combine them with planned areas and other spatial layers
work with different roles and permissions, ensuring each user sees only what is relevant
integrate with the Ministry's Housing Base Set 2.0 for standardized reporting
clarify bottlenecks with a traffic light indicator (green/orange/red) based on progress and risks
filter plans by themes such as sustainability, affordability, land position, or developer
export data to CSV, Excel, PDF, or via API for use in other systems
