The project
The Housing Tracking System provides insight into the progress of home sustainability improvements. By combining data from various sources, it creates a comprehensive view of insulation measures, energy consumption, and subsidy flows.
The system makes fragmented information accessible and clear, enabling policymakers to better guide and monitor within the energy transition.

The challenge
There is a wealth of data available on housing and sustainability, but this information is scattered across numerous sources and formats. As a result, a complete and current view of the progress in the energy transition is lacking. The challenge was to consolidate this fragmented data into a single, comprehensible system that is usable both strategically and operationally.
Our solution
The Housing Monitoring System creates a centralised platform where information on sustainability at the housing level is consolidated.
Users can, among other things:
add supplementary data, such as target groups, registrations or local initiatives
filter by addresses, measures, subsidies or other attributes
carry out area-based analyses using multiple map layers
identify early where interventions are required
export data to CSV, Excel, PDF or via an API
export GIS data to GeoJSON/OGC or shapefiles for use in external systems
create a direct integration with Clappform CRM
monitor contact moments, for example which letters or notifications have been sent
establish integrations with homeowners' association approaches and/or Chamber of Commerce data
The successes
The Housing Tracking System is now actively used and forms the basis for Data-driven policy regarding the energy transition. Employees can easily combine, analyze, and share data within a single, organized platform.

How we assist municipalities with their data challenges
Within a municipality, various themes are at play: from housing and livability to sustainability, safety, and the social domain. These domains directly pertain to area development and require up-to-date, reliable data.
Whether it involves resource allocation, prioritizing policy interventions, or monitoring neighborhood developments, real-time insights help municipalities steer sharply, make well-founded decisions, and respond flexibly to change.
Clappform provides municipalities with a platform that translates complex data into clear, actionable insights. Through direct connections with data sources and thematic dashboards, the information seamlessly aligns with policy-related questions.
