On 1 and 2 July, we participated in the first UWV AI Realisation Challenge with Clappform. For two days, we worked alongside the Province of South Holland, a team from UWV, and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations in combination with the sAIdkick project, to build a use case that demonstrates how quickly you can move from AI ambition to a working prototype when you bring the right people and the right tools together.

More than 80 participants, nine use cases, and a jury that gave all nine the green light for further development. For us, this was a clear validation: when public organisations, knowledge institutions, and market parties truly collaborate, both pace and quality are achieved.

As far as we are concerned, this is precisely what our AI app store and accompanying dashboard are designed for: a platform that enables government organisations to avoid building AI solutions in isolation, allowing them instead to reuse, develop further, monitor, and scale them. sAIdkick is a prime example of this, and we see plenty of opportunities to deploy this type of use case across other central government agencies.
