Yesterday, we attended the Housing Day (Dag van de Volkshuisvesting), an inspiring event filled with discussions on the future of housing. Several key themes took centre stage: availability & affordability, acceleration & innovation, future-proof & sustainable, housing, healthcare & society, and inspiration & future vision.

Particularly valuable were the sessions emphasising the principle "Physical follows Social", featuring strong insights from contributors including Annemijn Oskam, the National Programme for Liveability and Safety (NPLV), and the vision of the Board of Government Advisors.

The closing session, featuring housing association Talis and Minister of Housing Mona Keijzer, among others, reaffirmed the importance of liveability, housing, and making better use of the existing housing stock. It was great to see how Talis is leading the way in this area within the Netherlands.

Furthermore, it was an excellent opportunity to connect with various partners and clients, discussing the impact of our PPM (Public-Private Monitor) in accelerating housing construction. We also enjoyed delivering live demonstrations of the Housing Construction Monitor and our dedicated solutions for municipalities, regions, and provinces.
