As an Office Manager, you are responsible for efficiently managing daily office activities. Consider tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing lunch, and supervising the cleaning team. You will act as the centerpiece of our team, ensuring smooth office operations. Your key responsibilities include:
Facility management: maintaining office facilities and ensuring a tidy and organized work environment
Agenda management: planning and managing meetings, appointments, and events
Communication: serving as the point of contact for calls and emails
Inventory management: managing office supplies and ordering stock as needed.

Organized and accurate, professional
Customer-oriented and friendly
Excellent at planning and organizing
Proficient in Dutch and English - additional languages are interesting (but not required)
Social and eager to learn
Available 3 days a week; number of months is negotiable.
