For Provincie Noord-Holland and Provincie Flevoland, Clappform developed the updated Housing Development Plan Capacity Monitor. Municipalities can link their own systems, making it as user-friendly as possible.

The monitor is updated bi-annually by municipalities, after which the province analyses progress and discusses this at local and regional acceleration tables. This allows forecasts to be adjusted in a timely manner and reveals where plans are stalling or indeed offering scope for acceleration.

New is the public-private module, which allows developers and housing associations to submit their plans directly, resulting in a more complete overview. In addition, an energy module has been temporarily added to help municipalities better map out the required grid capacity for the next ten years.
