At Clappform, we are seeking a talented and driven data scientist to strengthen our team. As a data scientist, you play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex datasets to generate valuable insights that can elevate our business to the next level. You will be involved in a range of projects, from developing predictive models to identifying trends and patterns that assist us in making strategic decisions.

What you will do:

• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets using advanced analytical techniques and tools

• Develop algorithms and models to solve complex problems and make predictions

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights in the data to make strategic recommendations for different departments

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data solutions

• Communicate complex analyses and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable way

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis or data modelling

• Thorough knowledge of predictive models, machine learning, clustering, and classification techniques and algorithms

• Proficiency in a programming language (Python)

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems

Additionally, you are:

• Proactive, able to work independently but also in a team

• You have an affinity with the real estate market

• Motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented

• Communicative with strong analytical skills

• Proficient in Dutch and English – more languages are always interesting (but not necessary)

• Available for 3-5 days a week; the number of months is negotiable (approximately between 3-12 months)
