As a data scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to generate valuable insights that can elevate our company to a higher level. You will be involved in various projects, ranging from developing predictive models to identifying trends and patterns that aid us in making strategic decisions.

  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets using advanced analytical techniques and tools

  • Developing algorithms and models to solve complex problems and make predictions

  • Identifying trends, patterns, and insights in the data to make strategic recommendations for various departments

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data solutions

  • Communicating complex analyses and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Who are you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science

  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis or data modeling

  • Thorough knowledge of predictive models, machine learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms

  • Proficiency in a programming language (Python)

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems

  • Proactive, you can work independently but also as part of a team

  • Do you have an affinity with the real estate market

  • Motivated, innovative-minded and detail-oriented

  • Communicative with strong analytical skills

  • Proficient in Dutch and English – additional languages are always interesting (but not necessary)

  • Available for 3-5 days a week; the duration is negotiable (approximately between 3-12 months)
