The housing tracking system provides insight into the progress of residential sustainability. By combining data from various sources, a comprehensive view is created of insulation measures, energy consumption, and subsidy flows.
The system makes fragmented information accessible and clear, enabling policymakers to better guide and monitor within the energy transition.

The challenge
There is a wealth of data available on housing and sustainability, but this information is scattered across numerous sources and formats. As a result, a complete and current view of the progress in the energy transition is lacking. The challenge was to consolidate this fragmented data into a single, comprehensible system that is usable both strategically and operationally.
Our solution
The housing tracking system creates a central location where information about sustainability at the housing level is consolidated.
Users can, among other things:
add additional data, such as target audiences, registrations, or local actions
filter by addresses, measures, subsidies, or other characteristics
conduct area-specific analyses with multiple map layers
early detect where interventions are needed
export data to CSV, Excel, PDF, or via an API
export GIS data to GeoJSON/OGC or shapefiles for use in external systems
create a direct connection with the Clappform CRM
monitor contact instances, such as which letters or notifications were sent
establish links with VvE approaches and/or Chamber of Commerce data
The successes
The housing monitoring system is now actively in use and forms the basis for data-driven policy regarding the energy transition. Employees can easily combine, analyze, and share data within one straightforward platform.
